About our sessions

Practical, people-focused training

We design every session around the real risks your team face at work. Whether that is a busy office, a construction site or an early years setting, your trainer adapts the scenarios to your environment.

Hands-on from the start

Learners get straight into practical exercises — no death by PowerPoint. Theory is woven in where it helps, not front-loaded for an hour.

Your venue, your team

We bring all equipment — manikins, AED trainers, dressings and scenario props. You just provide the room. Up to 12 colleagues per session.

FAIB-accredited courses

Our core courses are accredited by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) and meet HSE requirements — certificates are valid for three years.

Scenario-led learning

Real-world casualty scenarios build confidence alongside knowledge, so your team is ready to act — not just remember — when it counts.
